Regine in all hits concert at Westin's Bigstage

Powerful, strong, enchanting and perfect are words often used to describe
Regine Velasquez voice. This vocal prowess and unique musical style have helped
raised Regine from her humble beginnings in provincial contests to her recent status
as Asia's Songbird. Even as a neophyte in the business, Regine already showed great promise.
Her first recordings 'Urong Sulong' and her remake of 'Love Me Again' were instantly hits.
Her album 1990 and 'Tagala, Talaga' gave us a glimpse of how high she can hit her notes
with songs like 'Narito Ako', 'Kung Maibabalik Ko Lang, 'You'll Never Walk Alone',
'What Kind of Fool', and 'Sana Maulit Muli'.

But after a few more years, a more mature performer emerged. Her voice still powerful
but this time more soulful, more passionate. She went on to sing hit single after hit single
and even recorded some of the greatest duets with superstars like Jackie Cheung
('I Will Always Love You', Paul Anka ('It's Hard to Say Goodbye')
and David Hasselhoff ('More Than Words Can Say').

After receiving success in her homeland, Regine then conquered the rest of Asia
thru her albums 'Listen Without Prejudice' and 'My Love Emotion' which included the hits
'Follow the Sun' and 'You Made Me Stronger.' She continued her invasion with her successful
'Retro' album which gave us Regine's awesome versions of 70s and 90s classics like
'Bluer Than Blue','Just Dont Wanna Be Lonely','Zoom', and 'You Were There'.

This year-1999, Regine showed us a new facet of her vocal prowess thru her Drawn album,
an R&B/OPM hits selection, which spawned the hot hits 'How Could You Leave' and 'Ikaw.'
Regine fanatics everywhere will surely be thrilled to know that on Aug. 27,
at the Grand Ballroom of The Westin Philippine Plaza, Regine Velasquez
will be singing all her hits, from the late '80s to the '90s as
'he Bigstage Presents Regine Velasquez at Her Best & An All Hits Concert.
'A one-night special with the Songbird and all the songs that made her a star.
